If you have leaking fork seals or have not changed your fork oil in years. R&T will replace your fork seals w/ OEM/NOK fork seals, new Pro Fork Oil, polish fork tubes to remove nicks and set your damping adjusters for $100 + parts. Additional charges apply for fork removal from bike.

Pricing

Basic Fork Service includes disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, polishing of tubes and assembly $100 + parts

Pro Fork Service includes complete disassembly of forks, including compression and rebound valving, any re-valving needed, polishing of internals where applicable, changing of springs when needed, polishing of fork tubes where applicable, resurfacing of compression and rebound valves when applicable, assembly and basic setting of adjusters. $200 + parts

Basic Shock Service  includes disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, polishing of shock shaft, nitrogen refill and assembly. $100 + parts

Pro Shock Service includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, polishing of shock shaft, valving inspection and revalve in required, nitrogen refill and assembly. $150 + parts

Seals, Fluid and any Parts are an additional charge. 

Fork and Shock removal fee is not included in prices listed above

If on a budget, we can replace your seals and fluid only for $75.00 (off bike) + Parts

SUPERSPORT FORKS  

This includes the following mods of your OEM forks: 

COMPLETE disassembly/cleaning of forks (no other shop in town does this), this means complete disassembly of the internal cartridge to remove old fork oil and sediment.

Custom fork spring spacers (where applicable)

Custom revalve of OEM compression & rebound valves for your weight/riding style

"polishing" of fork tubes and cartridges for anti-stiction (so they work better)

Regular price for all of the above is $450 - $550 . 

 This suspension upgrade will transform your motorcycle into a capable, track worthy machine, as well as give you more confidence while cornering on the streets. 

 We now offer Fork and Shock Coatings

DLC, Diamond Like Coating - Is black in appearance and can be placed on most Fork Tubes or Shock Shafts. 

TiN, Titanium Nitride Coating - Is gold in appearance (think Ohlins) and can be placed on most Fork Tubes and Shock Shafts.

These coatings can be placed on OEM "plain" tubes/shafts so your suspension will work w/ less stiction as well as have that "FACTORY" look.
